    As always food was AMAZING !!!! But made reservations and upon arrival tonight it's not true reservations. It means that you will be seated before people that just walk in. So at 530pm (reserved time) was told there was 10 people with reservations in front of us for hibachi table. Movie tickets already paid for so had to take regular table. POOR service until I spoke to owner and they took our order and things were served faster than we could eat them. Love Shogun and will eat there again but DO NOT BELIEVE YOU HAVE SET TIME RESERVATIONS....

    We took my daughter and family to dinner for her Birthday 10 of us plus 1 high chair...I had read some mixed reviews so we were extremely cautious about going...Let me say the Service was outstanding...!!! Our server was Tim and I highly recommend you ask to be in his section...Just don’t talk about GOT because he isn’t caught up...He had to walk away from our table singing la la la so we didn’t give any spoilers (lol) The experience was great and I highly recommend...!!!

    Walked in, there was an eerie smell and feeling to the place. Did not even bother to eat there. The hostess didn't feel like hosting us... so nope. I gave it a two because I love Japanese food. I could have given atleast a 3 or 4, but, if the first person you meet walking into a restaurant, is not welcoming, well then no thanks..

    Forced Gratuity. When I received my bill, it showed “gratuity included.” Our waitress was at our table once. I always give a tip depending on service however, this forced my hand to give a $11 tip when it deserved nothing in my opinion and the opinion of my guests. I still would’ve given a default $5. But $11? That’s not right. I will not be coming back. I recommend you look at your bill before you leave.

    My first Hibachi experience was AWESOME!! Our server Saran was very entertaining and made excellent food. My moms birthday rocked!😁😍
